Step-by-step explanation:

QUESTION ASKED -

Simplify

Simplify(a + b)(5a – 3b) + (a – 3b)(a – b)

METHOD TO SOLVE :

Just by taking the common as one and multiplying the common one by the each term , and after performing mathematical expression operation , we can able to get actual result of it .

SOLUTION GIVEN ;

(a + b)(5a – 3b) + (a – 3b)(a – b)

= a( 5a - 3b) + b( 5a - 3b) + a( a - b) - 3b ( a - b)

= 5a² - 3ab + 5ab - 3b² + - ab - 3ab + 3b²

= 5a² + - 3b² + 3b² + 5ab - 3ab - ab - 3ab

= 6a² - 2ab

= 2a( 3a - b ) answer
