(a+b+c)(a+b-c)-(a+b)²= (a+b)²-c²-(a+b)²=c²

(a2+aby-ac+ab+b2-bc+ac+bc- c)

-(a2+b2+2ab)

a2+b2-c2+2ab-a2-b2-2ab
