Simplify & find value if p=-1 q=3 simplify:- -4(p+q)+2(2p+q)-4q+7

p = -1 , q = 3.
-4(p+q)+2(2p+q)-4q+7=
-4([-1]+3)+2(2x[-1]+3)-4x[-1]+7.
Let us clear the bracket first:
-4(2) + 2(1) - 4(6),
  -8    +  2    -   24,
         -6       -    24,
=                -30.
Therefore, -30 is the answer.
