So here powers are 5 and 3.So we should Subtract it. 5-3=2.so it is a^2×a^8.if the both base are same and it is in multiplication form we should add the powers. here 2 and 8 are powers so we should add it. 2+8=10.So answer is a^10

a^10 is the answer.
