Answer:

Given,

a = ( - 1 ) and b = ( - 2 )

☞ Substituting the value in the expression :

(2a - 3b)(4 {a}^{2}  + 12ab + 9 {b}^{2} ) \\  \\

= [ 2 ( - 1 ) - 3 ( - 2 ) ] [ 4 ( - 1 )^2 + 12 ( - 1 ) ( - 2 ) + 9 ( - 2 )^2 ]

= [ - 2 - ( - 6 ) ] [ 4 * 1 + 12 ( 2 ) + 9 * 4 ]

= [ - 2 + 6 ] [ 4 + 24 + 36 ]

= 4 * [ 28 + 36 ]

= 4 * 64

= 256
