By taking reciprocal we get:

(2/3)^7 × (2/3)^5

Using law :

a^m × a^n = a^ (m+n)

(2/3) ^(-7+5) = (2/3) ^-2

taking reciprocal we get:

(3/2) ^2 = 9/4
