=2^{-1}\left[\left(\dfrac{5}{3}\right)^{4}+\left(\dfrac{3}{5}^{-2}\right) \right]

=\dfrac{1}{2}[(\dfrac{5}{3}^{4})+(\dfrac{5}{3}^{2}) ]
