(\frac{5}{12} +\frac{1}{18})-\frac{2\\}{9}

LCM of denominators 12 and 18 = 2×2×3×3 = 36

\frac{15+2}{36}=\frac{17}{36}

\frac{17}{36}-\frac{2}{9}

LCM of denominators 36 and 9 = 2×2×3×3 = 36

\frac{17-8}{36}=\frac{9}{36}=\frac{1}{4}  

∴ Answer = \frac{1}{4}
