=(3x)^2 + (2y)^2 +2(3x)(2y) +(5x)^2+(-4y)^2 -2(5x)(4y)
=9x^2+4y^2+12xy+25x^2+16y^2-40xy
=34x^2+20y^2-28xy

=9x²+12xy+4y²+25x²-40xy+16y²
=34x²-38xy+20y²
