 {( \frac{2}{3} )}^{ 3}  \times  {( \frac{3}{5}) }^{4}  \times  { (\frac{7}{2}) }^{3}

  = \frac{8}{27}  \times  \frac{81}{625}  \times  \frac{343}{8}

 =  \frac{1029}{625}

 { (\frac{ - 1}{3} )}^{5}  \times  {3}^{3}  \times  {( \frac{3}{4} )}^{2}

 = -   \frac{1}{243}  \times 27 \times  \frac{9}{16}

 = -   \frac{1}{16}
