Step-by-step explanation:

 {( \frac{2}{3}) }^{6}  \times  {( \frac{2}{3}) }^{3}  \div  {( \frac{2}{3}) }^{9}  \\  =  {( \frac{2}{3})}^{(6 + 3 - 9)}  \\  =  {( \frac{2}{3})}^{(9- 9}  \\  =  {( \frac{2}{3})}^{(0)} \\   {( \frac{2}{3}) }^{6}  \times  {( \frac{2}{3}) }^{3}  \div  {( \frac{2}{3}) }^{9} = 1

Now to express the value as a power of 5.

Base = n, Exponential power = 5

Also, the value of the answer = n⁵

w.k.t.,

n = 1⁵

The answer is 5, as 2/3 to the power 0 is 1 and when it is written as the power of 5 the answer will be 5
