 \frac{2}{3} a -  \frac{1}{7} b + 2a -  \frac{3}{5} b \\  \frac{2}{3} a + 2a -  \frac{1}{7} b -  \frac{3}{5} b \\  =  \frac{2a + 6a}{3}  -  \frac{(5 b- 21b)}{35}  \\  =  \frac{8a}{3}  -  \frac{( - 16b)}{35}  \\  =  \frac{8a}{3}  +  \frac{16b}{35}
