Q:-simplify following equation and solve it (e) y(8y + 5) = y2 + 3

\huge\tt\underline\blue{ANSWER }

------>>>>Here is your answer<<<<--------

⟹8(8y + 5) = 2 {y}^{2} + 3

⟹8 {y}^{2}  + 5y = 2 {y}^{2}  + 3

⟹8 {y}^{2}  - 2 {y}^{2}  + 5y - 3 = 0

⟹6 {y}^{2}  + 5y - 3 = 0

⟹3( {y}^{2}  - 1) + 5y = 0

⟹3(2 {y}^{2}  - 1) = 0⟹2 {y}^{2}  = 1⟹y = ∓\sqrt{ \frac{1}{2} }

OR

WHEN I TAKE 2Y (R.H.S) INSTEAD OF Y^2

⇨y(8y + 5) = 2y + 3

⇨8 {y}^{2}  + 5y = 2y+ 3

⇨8 {y}^{2}  + 3y - 3 = 0

⇨8 {y}^{2}  + 3(y - 1)=0

HOPE IT HELPS YOU..
