Answer:

(-4)^-2 ×(-3/2)^-2

= (-1/4)^2*(-2/3)^2

= 1/16*4/9

(Cancel 16 and 4  and put 4 in denominator)

1/4*1/9

= 1/36

Answer = 1/36

hope it helps!
