5(3)^4n+4 - 3^4n+5 / 3 x 3^4n + (3)^4n

Taking 3^4n common

3^4n ( 5x81 - 243 ) / 3^4n ( 3 + 1)

We cut 3^4n

405 - 243 / 4

162/4

= 40.5

 \frac{ 5 \times  {81}^{(n + 1)}   -  {3}^{4n + 5 }    }{3 \times  {3}^{4n}  +  {81}^{n} }
 =  \frac{ 5 \times  {3}^{(4n + 4)}  -  {3}^{4n + 5}  \: }{3 \times  {3}^{4n}  +  {3}^{4n}}
  take \:  {3}^{4n}    \: common \: on \: numerator \: and \: denominator
you \: will \: get \\  \frac{ {3}^{4n} (5 \times  {3}^{4 }  -  {3}^{5}) }{ {3}^{4n} (3 + 1)}   \: hence \:  {3}^{4n } \: cancel \:    \\  =   \frac{ 162 }{4}  \\  =  40.5 \\ hope \: this \: helps \: you
