 {3}^{3}  \times  {3}^{ - 2}

we know that,

 {a}^{ - m}  =  \frac{1}{ {a}^{m} }

 {3}^{ - 2}  =  \frac{1}{ {3}^{2} }

 {3}^{3}  \times  \frac{1}{ {3}^{2} }

 \frac{ {3}^{3} }{  {3}^{2}  }

using exponential law,

 \frac{ {a}^{m} }{ {a}^{n} }  =  {a}^{m - n}

 =  {3}^{3 - 2}

 =  {3}^{1}

hence the answer is 3¹ = 3

Hope it helps
