Given Equation can be written as:

 \frac{1}{(2 -  \sqrt{3})^3 } +  \frac{1}{(2 +  \sqrt{3})^3 }

 \frac{(2 +  \sqrt{3})^3 + (2 -  \sqrt{3})^3 }{(2 +  \sqrt{3})^3(2 -  \sqrt{3})^3  }

We know that (a+b)^3 = a^3+b^3+3a^2b + 3ab^2, (a-b)^3 = a^3-b^3 -3a^2b+3ab^2.

 \frac{2^3+(\sqrt{3} )^3+3*2^2 \sqrt{3} + 3*2( \sqrt{3})^2 + 2^3 - 3 * 2^2 *  \sqrt{3} + 3 * 2( \sqrt{3})^2 - ( \sqrt{3})^3  }{(2 +  \sqrt{3})^3 (2 -  \sqrt{3} )^3 }

 \frac{12 \sqrt{3} + 3 \sqrt{3}+ 8 + 18 + 8 + 18 - 15 \sqrt{3}   }{676 - 675}

 \frac{15 \sqrt{3} + 26 + 26 - 15 \sqrt{3} }{1}

 \frac{52}{1}
