We will solve the round brackets first, so taking the LCM of 6 and 4,

$: \longrightarrow \tt\dfrac{1}{8} - \left(\dfrac{2 - 3}{12} \right)$

Now we will subtract -1/12 from 1/8.

$: \longrightarrow\tt \dfrac{1}{8} - \dfrac{ - 1}{ \: 12}$

Taking the LCM of 8 and 12,

$: \longrightarrow \tt\dfrac{(1 \times 3) - ( - 1 \times 2)}{24}$

$: \longrightarrow \tt\dfrac{3 + 2}{24}$

$: \longrightarrow\tt\dfrac{5}{24}$
