Step-by-step explanation:

5 \sqrt{147} -  \frac{4}{3}  \sqrt{ \frac{1}{3} }  + 7 \sqrt{ \frac{1}{3} }  \\  = 5 \sqrt{147}  -  \sqrt{ \frac{1}{3} } ( \frac{4}{3}  - 7) \\  = 5 \sqrt{147}  -  \sqrt{ \frac{1}{3} } ( \frac{4 - 21}{3} ) \\  = 5 \sqrt{147}  -  \sqrt{ \frac{1}{3} } ( \frac{ - 17}{3} ) \\  = 5 \times 7 \sqrt{3}   +  \frac{17}{3 \sqrt{3} }  \\  = 35 \sqrt{3}  +  \frac{1}{3 \sqrt{3} }

If you solve above equation then you will get

 = 35 \sqrt{3}  +  \frac{ \sqrt{3} }{9}  \\  =   \frac{9 \times 35 \sqrt{3} +  \sqrt{3}  }{9}  \\  =  \frac{ \sqrt{3} (315 + 1)}{9}  \\  =  \frac{ 316 \sqrt{3} }{9} \:   or \:  \:   \frac{316}{3 \sqrt{3} }
