 \sqrt{72}  +  \sqrt{800}  -  \sqrt{18}  \\  = 6 \sqrt{2}  + 20 \sqrt{2}  - 3 \sqrt{2}  \\  =  \sqrt{2} (6 + 20 - 3) \\  = 23 \sqrt{2}
