 {3}^{4}  \times ( {3}^{5} )^{ - 2}  \times  ( \frac{ {3}^{2} }{ {3}^{4} } ) ^{2}  \\  =  {3}^{4}  \times  {3}^{ - 10}  \times  \frac{ {3}^{4} }{ {3}^{8} }  \\  =  {3}^{4 + ( - 10)}  \times  {3}^{4 - 8}  \\  =  {3}^{4 - 10}  \times  {3}^{ - 4}  \\  =  {3}^{ - 6}  \times  {3}^{ - 4}  \\  =  {3}^{ - 6 + ( - 4)}  \\  =  {3}^{ - 6 - 4}  \\  =  {3}^{ - 10}  \\ or \\  \frac{1}{3 ^{  10} }
