We have,

=(−1/10)×(5/−8) [∵ reciprocal of (−8/5) is (5/−8)]

The product of two rational numbers= (product of their numerator)/(product of their denominator)

=

(10×−8)

(−1×5)

On simplifying,

=

(2×−8)

(−1×1)

=(−1/−16)

=(1/16)
