Your answer.....

= ( 3√2 + 3√2 - 1 ) / 4√2

= (6√2 -1 )/4√2

Rationalising denominator......

= √2 × ( 6√2 -1 )/ ( √2 × 4√2 )

= ( 12 - √2 ) / 8

May be the answer is.....
 \frac{3 \sqrt{2} +  \sqrt{18} - 1  }{2 \sqrt{8} }  \\  =  \frac{3 \sqrt{2} + 3 \sqrt{2} - 1  }{2 \sqrt{8} }  \\  =  \frac{(6 \sqrt{2} - 1) }{2 \times 2 \sqrt{2} }  \\  =  \frac{(6 \sqrt{2 } - 1 )}{4 \sqrt{2} }  \\  =  \frac{4 \sqrt{2}( 6 \sqrt{2} - 1) }{32}  \\  =  \frac{48 - 4 \sqrt{2} }{32}  \\  =  \frac{4(12 -  \sqrt{2} )}{32}  \\  =  \frac{(12 -  \sqrt{2}) }{8}
