 \frac{1}{2}  \times 2 \times  \frac{1}{5}  \div  \frac{3}{5}  +  \frac{1}{2}

 \frac{1}{2}  \times  \frac{2}{1} \times  \frac{1}{5}  \div  \frac{3}{5}  +  \frac{1}{2}

2 and 2 will get cancelled so 1

 \frac{1}{5}  \div  \frac{3}{5}  +  \frac{1}{2}

Reciprocaling the factors

 \frac{1}{5}  \times  \frac{5}{3}  +  \frac{1}{2}

5 and 5 gets cancelled so 1/3

 \frac{1}{3}  +  \frac{1}{2}

 \frac{2 + 3}{6}

 \frac{5}{6}

So the answer is 5/6 or 0.83

Hope this is right answer ☺️
