 {( \frac{1}{ {3}^{4} } )}^{ \frac{1}{2} }  =  \sqrt{ \frac{1}{ {3}^{4} } }  =  \frac{1}{ {3}^{2} }  =  \frac{1}{9}

 =  \sqrt{ \frac{1}{ {3}^{4} } }

 =   \sqrt { \frac{1}{81} }

 =  { \frac{1}{9} }

 =  \frac{1}{ {3}^{2} }

 =  {3}^{ - 2}
