 \sqrt{3 - 2 \sqrt{2} }  =  \sqrt{2 + 1 - 2 \sqrt{2} }  \\  =  >  \sqrt{ { \sqrt{2} }^{2} +  { \sqrt{1} }^{2}  - 2 \sqrt{2}  }  \\  =  >   \sqrt{ ({ \sqrt{2}  + 1})^{2} }  \\  =  >  \sqrt{2}  + 1
