The expression  4 (2x-1) + 3x + 11 on simplifying is  11x + 7 and the value when x is equal to 2 is 29.

Solution,

⇒   4(2x-1) + 3x +11

⇒   8x- 4 + 3x + 11

⇒   11x + 7.

Hence the expression 4 (2x-1) + 3x + 11 when further simplified is 11x + 7.

  • The value of the expression 4 (2x-1) + 3x + 11  when x is equal to 2 is-

⇒    4(2x-1) + 3x +11

⇒    4(2(2)-1) + 3(2) + 11

⇒    4(3) + 6 + 11

⇒    12 + 6 + 11

⇒    29.

Hence, the value of the expression 4 (2x-1) + 3x + 11  when x is equal to 2 is 29.
