Step-by-step explanation:

solution ------>

given

2( {x}^{2}  + xy) + 7 - xy \\  \\ as \: per \: condition \\  \\ x - 7 = 0 \\ x = 7 \\  \\ y =  - 2 \\  \\ put \: all \: the \: value \: of \: x \: and \: y \\  \\ 2(  {7}^{2}  + 7 \times  - 2) + 7 - 7 \times  - 2 \\  \\ 2(49  - 14) + 7 + 14 \\  \\ 2 \times 35 + 21 \\  \\ 70 + 21 \\  \\ 91

for simplification:-

2( {x}^{2}  + xy) + 7 - xy \\  \\ 2 {x }^{2}  + 2xy + 7 - xy \\  \\ 2 {x }^{2}  + xy + 7

answer

y=-2 given

x-7=0 so,x=7

2 (7×7+7× -2 ) +7- (7× -2)

2 ( 49 -14) +7 -(-14)

2 (35)+7+14

70+21

=91
