(7 +  \sqrt{2} )(7 +  \sqrt{2} )  =  {(7 +  \sqrt{2}) }^{2}  =  {7}^{2}  +  { \sqrt{2} }^{2}  + 2 \times 7 \times  \sqrt{2}  = 49 + 2 + 14 \sqrt{2}  = 51 + 14 \sqrt{2}
