  • As per the data given in the question, we have to find the value of the expression.

               Given data:- 3a - a -3 [ a + ( 2a -a) - a].

               To find:- Value of given expression.

               Solution:-

  • To solve the above equation we will follow the BODMAS rule.
  • It is the rule used to remember the order of operations to be followed while solving expressions in mathematics.

              where,

              \begin{array}{l}\mathrm{B}=\text { brackets } \\\mathrm{O}=\text { order of powers or rules } \\\mathrm{D}=\text { division } \\\mathrm{M}=\text { multiplication } \\\mathrm{A}=\text { addition } \\\mathrm{S}=\text { subtraction }\end{array}

            So that,

         \begin{array}{l}=3 a-a-3[a+a-a] \\=2 a-3[2 a-a] \\=2 a-3 \times a \\=2 a-3 a \\=-a.\end{array}

         Hence we will get the value -a.

Given,

3a-a-3[a+(2a-a)-a]

We have to simplify the given expression

By using BODMAS rule simplify the given expression

B-brackets

O-order of power

D-division

M-multiplication

A-addition

S-subtraction

We will open the brackets first

3a-a-3[a+(2a-a)-a]

=3a-a-3[a+a-a]

= 3a-a-3[a]

=3a-a-3a

=3a-4a

=-a

Therefore, the answer is -a.
