 (4x+p-c)^2-(4x-p+c)^2

 = (4x+p-c)(4x+p-c)-(4x-p+c)(4x-p+c)

 = [c^2-2cp-8cx+p^2+8px+16x^2]-[c^2-2cp+8cx+p^2-8px+16x^2]

 = c^2-2cp-8cx+p^2+8px+16x^2-c^2+2cp-8cx-p^2+8px-16x^2

Now combine like terms.

 = 16px-16cx

Hence final answer is 16px-16cx.
