$⟹9 {x}^{2} - 4 = 12 {x}^{2} - 2x - 2$

$⟹12 {x}^{2} - 9 {x}^{2} - 2x - 2 + 4 = 0$

$⟹3 {x}^{2} - 2x + 2 = 0$
