This is nothing but

{( \sqrt{15}  +  \sqrt{7})}^{2}

Using (a + b)^2 formula, we get,

(root15)^2 + (root7)^2 + 2(root15)(root7)

= 15 + 7 + 2(root105)

= 2{11+2(root105)}
