Answer:

I) ans 9x - ( 4x+3x)

=9x-7x=2x

ii) ans 2a - 3a+6a= 8a

iii) ans 10 b - 13 b = - 3 b

Solution :-

(i) \sf{9x - (4x + 3x) }

= 9x - 4x - 3x

= 5x - 3x

\pink{\sf{\fbox{ = 2x}}}

▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬

(ii) \sf{ 2a - (3a-9a) }

= 2a - 3a + 9a

= -a + 9a

\blue{\sf{\fbox{ = 8a}}}

▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬

(iii) \sf{ (7b+ 3b) - (11b + 2b) }

= 10b - 13b

\red{\sf{\fbox{ = -3b}}}

▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬

(iv) \sf{ (18xy + 5) - (9xy - 10) }

= 18xy + 5 - 9xy + 10

= (18 - 9)xy + 5 + 10

\green{\sf{\fbox{ = 9xy + 15}}}
