then as per indices property

$\frac{3}{7} \times \frac{7}{9} - \frac{3}{4} \times \frac{2}{9}$

7 will be cancle then 9 is divisible by 3 also 4 is divisible by 2 hence

by solving this

$\frac{6 - 3}{18}$
