\textbf{\huge{ANSWER:}}

Let:

y^{2} = a

2y + 2 = b

Therefore, we get;

(y^{2} + 2y + 2) (y^{2} - 2y + 2)

=》 (a + b) (a - b)

We know by identity that:

(a + b) (a - b) = a^{2} - b^{2}

Thus;

=》 (y^{2})^{2} - (2y + 2)^{2}

Now, we know by identity that;

(a + b)^{2} = a^{2} + b^{2} + 2ab

(2y + 2) = 4y^{2} + 4 + 8y

=》》(y^{2})^{2} - (2y + 2)^{2}

=》 y^{4} - [4y^{2} + 4 + 8y]

=》 y^{4} - 4y^{2} - 4 - 8y

That's your answer! :)
