it is given that, (3 + √3)(2 + √2)

apply algebraic identity,

(a + b)(c + d) = a(c + d) + b(c + d)

= ac + ad + bc + bd

here, (a + b) = (3 + √3) and (c + d) = (2 + √2)

so, (3 + √3)(2 + √2) = 3(2 + √2) + √3(2 + √2)

= 6 + 3√2 + √3 × 2 + √3 × √2

= 6 + 3√2 + 2√3 + √(3 × 2)

= 6 + 3√2 + 2√3 + √6

hence, simpler form of given expression is (6 + 3√2 + 2√3 + √6)
