now simplify the equation by adding and subtracting the powers respectively .

\frac{x^(a^2-b^2+b^2-c^2+c^2-a^2)}{x^(ac-bc+ab-ac+bc-ab)}

now obviously all the powers cancel each other.

\frac{x^0}{x^0} =\frac{1}{1}

answer is therefore.
