ANSWER:-

 \frac{8x^{3} - 27y^{3}  }{4x^{2} - 9y^{2}  }

Using a³ - b³ = (a-b)(a² + ab + b²), factor out the expression in numerator.

 \frac{(2x - 3y)(4x^{2}  + 6xy + 9y ^{2}) }{4x^{2}  - 9y^{2} }

Now, using a² - b²= (a-b)(a+b),factor out the expression in denominator.

 \frac{(2x - 3y)(4x^{2} + 6xy + 9y ^{2} ) }{(2x - 3y)(2x + 3y)}

Reduce the fraction with (2x-3y)

4x² + 6xy + 9y²/2x + 3y Ans.

Hope it helps ☺✌❤✅
