As the given question which have to simplify by using BODMAS.

It menas we have to solve by bodmas rules which perform operation as first bracket, of, division,multiplication,addition and then subtraction.

Given that

Given function is in fraction as

 \frac{3}{7}  + ( \frac{ - 2}{21}  \times  \frac{ - 5}{6} )

As per bodmas rupe first perform multiplication of fraction we get

 \frac{3}{7}  +  \frac{30}{126}

as

 \frac{30}{126}

is divisible by 2 then divisible by 3 hence we get

 \frac{3}{7}  +  \frac{5}{21}

here fraction with different denominator hence its lcm will be 21

 \frac{3 \times 3 + 5 \times 1}{21}

by solving we get

 \frac{14}{21}  \: as \: it \: is \: divisible \: by \: 7

hence we get

 \frac{2}{3}

Aswer is 2/3.
