Anything to the power zero is 1
So answer is
= (1 - 1)(1 + 1)
= 0 x 2
= 0

Solution by the help of exponents are as follows:-


Note:— any x belongs to real number when raised to power will always be ‘1’.

Therefore,

(1-1)(1+1)

=0.

Is the required answer..as 4 to the power 0 is 1 and 2 to the power 0 is 1..therefore 1-1 is 0.

And similarly in the other one!!

Thus we get 0
