( a-b)^2 = a^2 + b^2 - 2ab

( a+b )^2 = a^2 + b^2 + 2ab

Substitute the above formulas....

= 9m^2 + 1 - 6m + 9m^2 + 1 + 6m

Cancelling both 6m and adding the rest, we get:

= 18m^2 + 2

Taking out 2 which is common, we get:

= 2 ( 9m^2 + 1 )

This is the answer!
