(-3)/5+ (4/7×3/5) 4/9×( 2/3 × 1/5)-

15/16 +(1/5 4/3)

To find:

Simply the problem using suitable

properties of rational number.

Solution:

This type of problems can be solved

using the rule of BODMAS.

>(-3)/5 + (4/7 3/5)-4/9 (2/3 1/5) - 15/16+ ( 1/5×4/3)

>(3/5+( 12/35)-8/135 15/16+( 4/15)

->64/105 3/5-8/135 15/16

=1/105- 8/135 15/16

=> (-47)/945 15/16

>-14927/ 15120

(-3)/5+(4/7 3/5)-4/9 (2/3 * 1/5)- 15/16 +( 1/5 * 4/3) = (-14927)/15120

Answer:

2/5×−3/7−1/14−3/7×3/5

=2/5×−3/7−3/7×3/5−1/14

Taking common term, we get

=−3/7(2/5+3/5)−1/14

=−3/7×(2+3)/5−1/14

=−3/7−1/14

Taking L.C.M. we get,

=(−6−1)/14

=−7/14

=(−7÷7)/(14÷7)

We get,

=−1/2.
