[(-6)^3 / (-6)^2] x (-6)^2

= [(-6)^(3-2)] x (-6)^2                                [ a^m / a^n = a^(m-n)]

= (-6)^1 x (-6)^2

= (-6)^(1+2)                                               [ a^m x a^n = a^(m+n)]

= (-6)^3

Hope this helps!!
