 \sqrt{28}  \times  \sqrt{127}  \\  \\  =  \sqrt{28 \times 127}  \\  \\  =  \sqrt{2 \times 2 \times 7 \times 127}  \\  \\  =  \sqrt{4 \times 7 \times 127}  \\  \\  = 2 \sqrt{7 \times 127}  \\  \\  = \boxed{2 \sqrt{889}}

Hence, √889 is an irrational number whose value is non-terminating and non-recurring therefore, 2√889 = √28 × √127 is an irrational number because, the product of any non-zero rational number with irrational number is an irrational number. Hence, √28 × √127 is a surd.
