Value of X is 2

Step-by-step explanation:

Given,

\frac {(x-1)(x-2)(x^2-9x+14)}{(x-7)(x^2-3x+2)}

= \frac {(x-1)(x-2)(x^2-7x-2x+14)}{(x-7)(x^2-2x-x+2)}

= \frac {(x-1)(x-2)(x(x-7)-2(x-7))}{(x-7)(x(x-2)-1(x-2))}

= \frac {(x-1)(x-2)(x-2)(x-7)}{(x-7)(x-1)(x-2)}

= x-2

Now, Putting the value of x in an equation-

Let x-2 = 0

x=2
