 {(x - 2y)}^{2}  + (x - 2y) =  - x + c

x {}^{2}  +  {4y}^{2}  - 4xy + x - 2y + x  - c = 0

 {x}^{2}  + 2x + 4y {}^{2}  - 2y + 4xy - c = 0
