( \sqrt{2} x - 3y {)}^{2}  \\  =(  \sqrt{2} x {)}^{2}  + (3y {)}^{2}  - 2( \sqrt{2} x)(3y) \\  = 2 {x}^{2}  + 9 {y}^{2}  - 6 \sqrt{2} xy
