Answer should be =21​

and

equation , 3y ( 2y - 7 ) - 3 ( y - 4 ) - 63

so putting back the value, we get :

3 ( - 2 ) { 2 ( - 2 ) - 7 } - 3 { ( - 2 ) - 4 } - 63

= ( - 6 ) { - 4 - 7 } - 3 { - 2 - 4 } - 63

= ( - 6 ) ( - 11 ) - 3 ( - 6 ) - 63

= 66 - ( - 18 ) - 63

= 66 + 18 - 63

= 84 - 63

= 21
