Here,
Let 2y-3= z
therefore,
 {(x - z)}^{2} + {(x + z)}^{2} \\ = > 2 {x}^{2} + 2 {z}^{2} \\ put \: the \: value \: of \: z \: here. \\

(x - 2y + 3)² + (x + 2y - 3)²

= (x - 2y + 3)(x - 2y + 3) + (x + 2y - 3)(x + 2y - 3)

= x(x - 2y + 3) - 2y(x - 2y + 3) + 3(x - 2y + 3) + x(x + 2y - 3) + 2y(x + 2y - 3) - 3(x + 2y - 3)

= 2x² + 8y²  -24y  + 18

Answer: 2x² + 8y²  -24y  + 18
